NCET and ITEP in one minute
ITEP (Integrated Teacher Education Programme) is a four-year dual-degree programme, such as B.A. B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed. or B.Com. B.Ed., introduced under the National Education Policy 2020. It prepares teachers for the foundational, preparatory, middle and secondary stages of school.
NCET (National Common Entrance Test) is the computer-based exam conducted by the National Testing Agency for admission to ITEP at participating IITs, NITs, Regional Institutes of Education, central and state universities and government colleges.
In NCET 2026, candidates took 160 of 181 questions across 4 sections, for a maximum of 640 marks.

What we stand for
Our principles
Accuracy first
Every official fact has a source and a “last checked” date. Future dates are clearly marked as expected until NTA confirms them.
Original work
We write our own questions and notes, and never republish exam papers or coaching material we don’t have rights to.
Free core
Syllabus, notes, practice, mock tests and progress tracking are free. Preparation shouldn’t depend on what you can pay.
Your data is yours
No ads and no selling data. Your scores are private, and you can download or delete everything at any time.
Built for every phone
A light, fast site that works on low-cost phones and slow connections, with clear text and keyboard support.
Honest and calm
No false promises and no pressure tactics. Just clear guidance and steady progress.
Quality
How we create and check content
Every question and note goes through the same editorial path before you see it, and keeps improving after it’s published.
- WriteOur editors write questions and notes from the official syllabus, with a clear explanation for every answer.
- ReviewAn editor checks the answer, explanation, difficulty and rights status. Nothing with unclear rights can be published.
- PublishThe item goes live, tagged to its subject and topic.
- ListenStudents report anything unclear. We also watch questions that many students get wrong.
- ImproveReports are reviewed, and confirmed mistakes are fixed quickly.
What NCET.in is not
- We are not NTA, NCTE or a government body, and we never use government logos.
- We cannot register you for NCET, issue admit cards, publish results or allot seats.
- We don’t sell admissions or guarantee ranks. Anyone who promises that in our name is not us.
- Our mock-test scores are for practice and don’t predict your official result.
For applications, admit cards and results, always use the official NCET website .
